They made payment arrangements with me, offering me a "Fresh Start" program, then repossessed my car two hours later. When I called them all they said was, "We're not required to tell you we're going to repossess the vehicle." When I asked how to get my car back they told me I'd be paying twice as much as what the payment arrangements were and it had to be paid in one lump sum. Then they had the audacity to call me the very next day and offer me the same "Fresh Start" program, not knowing they had repossessed my car.
