i made my care payment in october. only to find out that it hadn't been paid because they didn't get my transaction.
i even called 4 times to make sure it had been made and each time i was told that it had they were waiting for my bank to release the funds. i went to my bank my bank they told me that drive financial has not contact them.
now i am trying to make this months payment and they won't take it. what is going on!
i need better customer service. thank you mitchell croy
