I called on 12/03/09 and spoke with a repersenative and his attitude was terrible, he couldn't answer my question when asked to speak to his manager he got worst and ask me why. Then she came on the phone I told her how he was acting, she got quite then said ok, what you need so I understand why he act the way he did management aint no better. Will tell everyone I know not to do business with this company and I am going today to get my car refinance at my credit union, never again.

Monetary Loss: $1600.

yeah their customer service sucks so bad!I called for a question and got hung up on 3 times!

I wasn't being nasty or anything. And even if I was... thats their job!

If I did anything like that to any of my customers I'd be fired.*** poor company
